Our expert instructors will guide you through each workshop, focusing on the most critical aspects of self-defense including:
- Defending against the top three attack angles
- Redirecting the weapon-wielding arm
- Exploring options for disarmament or destroying the attacker’s limb control
Expect an intense learning experience with a heavy emphasis on practical application through repetition. This program is designed for individuals who are ready to put in the hard work and effort required to master self-defense techniques.
The knife is a commonly used weapon in self-defense scenarios. Ensure that you are prepared for any situation with Tomacelli Academy’s Knife Workshop 2023. The program includes training knives, and upon completion of all three workshops, you will receive a trainer to continue your practice at home.
