Max “Red Velvet” Gamboa takes his second amateur MMA win!

Max “Red Velvet” Gamboa gained his second amateur MMA win in Las Vegas two weeks ago at the TuffNUff event at the Cox Pavilion.  Despite having liver issues and not being able to train in the last 8 out of ten days of the camp before the fight, Gamboa pressed on.  It paid off.  This was a good test of mental fortitude and game plan execution for Gamboa.  He set the stage and tone for his teammate, and knock of the night winner, Christina “Full Clip” Diaz.
